So I think that the lady-friend is planning some sort of post extravaganza with, all, pictures and stuff. While we’re here waiting, however, I thought I might say a few words about how awesome things are out here in the hinterland of Portland.
The house is, of course, a big factor here. We’ve been working at a pretty tremendous clip to transform it into the home of our dreams, and the approximation becomes more reasonable each day. I had to reprise my death-defying ladder antics in order to pull off and clean the second floor storm windows. Naturally, there is still a lot of chaos and boxes and debris to take care of, but we think the end of the initial campaign is in sight.
